The day is 28th March 2014 - Friday morning at 2.30 am
I've suffered from insomnia for the past few weeks, unable to freeze my mind as it keeps wondering all over.
I looked up Google and I suspect I have severe bipolar mania and most of symptoms shown in the Wikipedia matches my current diagnosis.
Tried to tuck myself into bed at midnight, but only to wake up at 1.00 am.
Checking e-mails, taking a few puffs and turning on television.
